Have you ever gazed at the night sky and other wonders of life and felt the questions they evoke – Why are we here? Is there a purpose to our existence?

Drawing from ancient traditions, G.I. Gurdjieff brought a way of working that enables humankind to rediscover our birthright as an organic bridge between two worlds, serving a higher purpose in the course of living our ordinary lives. It is an adventure that begins with the study of ourselves as we are, so that we can become all we are capable of being.

The Gurdjieff Work involves a number of practices which originated with G.I. Gurdjieff and continue to this day. These include meetings, movements (originally called “Sacred Gymnastics”), and sittings – a meditative practice.

Following a summer break, the Kingston group will begin meetings starting in September.
